Tools for Authentic Living Workshop

De-stress. Quiet Your Mind. Do What You Love.

February 18, 2017    9-11:30am

Workshop Based on the book by Elizabeth Cabalka, Yoga Expression Spirit (YES!)

Registration Fee $35 (Includes a signed copy of Elizabeth’s book Yoga Expression Spirit)

Workshop Description:   Elizabeth Cabalka offers a simple, refined, and effective toolkit for de-stressing, quieting your mind, and reclaiming your authentic life. It was borne out of the author’s rediscovering of her deepest longing and her desire to align her talents, words, and actions with her True-North in daily life.

Bring your curiosity, playfulness, and the seeds of what you love that are seeking expression. Return to your body, tend the soil of creativity, and listen to your inner wisdom.

Designed for all ages and abilities, this session is part gentle chair-based yoga and meditation practice, part lecture/discussion, and part experiential exercises to activate intuition and capture insights. All participants receive a signed copy of Elizabeth’s book, Yoga Expression Spirit – Tools for Authentic Living.Tonto Natural Brige - E 1 - Copy
