Elizabeth BenchDo your thoughts race? Is stress your constant companion? Does anxiety keep you up at night? Then join Elizabeth Cabalka, author, yoga teacher, and meditation coach, for a practical and relaxing workshop, “Chill Out! Five immediately effective tools to reduce stress and anxiety.”

Chill out! will be on Saturday, March 10th from 9:30am to 11am. Registration is $15. Participants will experience and then be able to take home with them five immediately effective tools for reducing the effects of stress and anxiety.

Cabalka, author of Yoga Expression Spirit – Tools for Authentic Living, Wednesdays and the Fluff ‘n’ Fold – A Caregiver’s Oasis, and The Circles of Love Collection, has taught yoga since 2007, focusing on the cycling community, adaptive yoga for seniors, and those with physical challenges. Her great passion is supporting individuals in their journey of self-discovery. Her workshop will offer simple, refined, and effective tools for de-stressing, quieting your mind, and reclaiming your authentic life. Elizabeth has also been a certified Life Coach for nearly two decades, as well as a project manager in the private sector.

Cabalka will also be preaching at both services at The Fountains (9am and 11:15) on Sunday morning, March 11th.
