The Education Sandwich
At the early service children (1st -5th grades) are encouraged to worship with their parents. At 10:15 education and enrichment classes are offered for children 4 years through 5th grade. During the later service children (Kindergarten – 2nd grade) will start in church, with their parents, and be dismissed for children’s church. Nursery care is offered all morning.
Nursery
The Fountains provides a safe and loving environment for your baby or toddler with professional childcare every Sunday morning (and for other events, as well). A sign-in and sign-out procedure helps assure that even visitors and guests can be assured of personal attention from our care-givers. You can be confident that your little ones are being cared for with TLC!
Children
The Fountains loves children! We recognize their need for spiritual formation, education, fellowship and friendship — with other children and nurturing adults. Children are cherished at The Fountains not only for their potential, but for who they are today!
Sundays at 10:15 We offer education classes for children of all ages. We use a variety of United Methodist and other dynamic curriculum that use the Bible, video stories, games, crafts, music, often even integrating the snacks as a way to nurture young disciples.
- SPLASH (small people loving and serving him) is for children ages 4 through 1st Grade.
- SHAZAM is for our 2nd – 5th graders.
